Explosion hits US gas storage rig

A tragic accident has struck a natural gas storage rig in the US state of Louisiana.

A natural gas storage rig in Lake Pontchartrain in US state Louisiana caught fire as a result of an explosion, report several international media.

One worker has been reported missing and seven injured in the incident. The unsuccessful search for the missing worker has been suspended.
