General Electric has signed a joint venture deal worth SAR 1 billion (EUR 240 million) with a state-controlled Saudi Arabian developer Dussur. The deal is related to the production of gas turbines to the eastern-Saudi city Dammam, and is an implementation of the cross-sector memorandum of understanding (MoU) entered into by the parties last year.
This is according to reports from Reuters after a press conference in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh.
