A total of 139 positions are being axed in the Danish division of Maersk Oil as part of cost reduction efforts implemented in the first months of this year, the company writes in a press release Tuesday.
Maersk Oil, which is the oil and gas division of the Maersk Group, presented a reorganization of the company in January which entailed the transfer of several functions from Copenhagen to the Danish city of Esbjerg as well as reductions of "up to 160" positions.
