Minor shareholders could block DOF's restructuring

A group of rebellious minor stakeholders have grown to have such a voice among offshore carrier DOF's shareholders that they could block a restructuring of the company, reports Norwegian media.

A group of small shareholders of crisis-stricken Norwegian offshore carrier DOF has grown so strong as to be able to block a restructuring of the company, reports Norwegian media Finansavisen.

DOF was founded and is controlled by Helge Møgster, but the financially strained carrier has been in negotiations with creditors on a restructuring for a while now.
