TotalEnergies, Daimler form hydrogen partnership

The French oil giant allies with Germany's Daimler to develop a hydrogen ecosystem for the European transport industry.

One of the world's largest oil outfits, France's TotalEnergies (formerly Total), has joined up with Daimler, one of the biggest semi-truck producers on the globe.

According to a statement issued Wednesday morning, the duo has struck a deal on working to reduce emissions from the EU's road transport by filling more vehicles with hydrogen.
