Oil extractors still enjoying price surges

Increased commodity prices continue to rub off on oil companies, which on Monday also enjoyed upped demand and lack of supply, which is now prompting several countries to draw on their stockpiles.

European energy companies continue their stock price surge on Tuesday as oil prices keep soaring for the sixth consecutive day.

Early Tuesday morning CET, European reference crude Brent crossed the mark of USD 80 per barrel, now at the highest level seen in over three years.
