After nearly seven years, service firm All NRG ceases to exist in its known form. Aberdeen-based Swire Energy Services (SES) acquires the company from fund Via Equity at an undisclosed price. Swire takes over the Danish company's green business within service and manning of solar and wind projects, while the oil and gas department will continue under different ownership.
"Via Equity is happy to see the ALL NRG services continuing under new ownership and we are certain SES will have great opportunities to excel in the very promising market for wind and solar," says Via Equity Partner Peter Thorlund Haahr in a statement.
