Welltec founder sells out completely

Jørgen Hallundbæk has sold his remaining interest in the oil company he founded back in 1994 to investment firms 7-Industries and Exor.

In April, Welltec announced that founder Jørgen Hallundbæk would resign as chief executive of Danish the oil firm, which specializes in oil well technology, robots in particular.

At the same time, it was announced that investment companies 7-Industries and Exor would also increase their stake, though Hallundbæk would remain majority shareholder.
