Maersk Drilling sells two rigs for USD 31m

The new owner will not be using the rigs for drilling but an LNG project.

Maersk Drilling has divested two drilling rigs for USD 31m, jack-up rigs Maersk Guardian and Mærsk Gallant, to New Fortress Energy.

The final sale of Mærsk Gallant is expected to close in June 2021.
