Lundin supplies carbon-neutral oil

Oil company Lundin has just sold the first oil product to ever be certified as carbon-neutral by Intertek.

Swedish oil firm Lundin Energy (formerly Lundin Petroleum) has managed to deliver an oil product that it calls CO2-neutral. In fact, more than 600,000 barrels have received this designation.

The barrels were produced at Norwegian field Edvard Grieg and sold to Italian refiner Saras in Sardinia, Lundin confirms in a statement.
