Rescue plan for crisis-stricken rig company approved by court in the US

Heavily indebted rig company Noble Corp., currently under bankruptcy protection in the US, just had its restructuring plan approved by a court in Texas.

Things are slowly starting to look up for crisis-stricken and heavily indebted rig company Noble Corp., which has been under bankruptcy protection in the US since August.

A comprehensive restructuring plan for the debt-ridden rig company was approved Monday Nov. 23 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, informs Noble Holding Corp. in a press release.
