Borr Drilling looking to seek US listing

Borr Drilling, controlled by Tor Olav Trøim, wants to be listed in New York. The company plans to raise up to USD 50 million by seeking a listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Rig company Borr Drilling has taken the initial steps toward a public listing in the US.

The company, currently listed in Oslo, has filed papers with the US financial authorities in which it describes its plans to seek a listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
