Maersk buys new fuel system for Supply Service vessels

As part of the efforts to prepare for the IMO's sulfur regulations in 2020, Maersk Supply Service buys new fuel system for some of its vessels.

Maersk Supply Service has signed a deal with Eniram – a company owned by finnish Wärtsilä – to install a new energy advisory system on a number of the company's vessels.

This is part of the plans to save on fuel consumption ahead of the new emission regulations entering into force in 2020, informs the company in a press release Friday.
