Petrobas awards Aker Solutions with Brazilian contract worth over USD 60 million

Norwegian oil company Aker Solutions is expanding its activities in Brazil with a contract worth approximately USD 60.4 million contract and maintenance work on nine platforms for Petrobas platforms.

Petrobas has just awarded Aker Solutions a huge contract for nine platforms off the coast of Brazil.

With its latest contract, the Norwegian oil company will deliver maintenance and modification systems for oil and gas platforms in the Campos Basin off the coast of Brazil. A three-year contract, which can be prolonged by a further two years, and which is valued at more than BRL 250 million (USD 60.4 million), according to a press release from Aker Solutions.
