Key witness will not testify in OW Bunker trial

Former OW Bunker top executive Lars Møller has placed liability for an out-of-control Singapore credit with his former CFO, who will not be presenting her version of the story in court in Denmark.

One of the key figures in the criminal court case against former OW Bunker senior executive Lars Møller will not testify in the case.

The Danish Attorney General's Office for fraud and financial crimes confirms to Finans that it has abandoned efforts to have former CFO of OW Bunker subsidiary Dynamic Oil Trading (DOT), Kimmie Goh, give her testimony.
