Suitors for Maersk Drilling staying away

The sale of Maersk Drilling is plagued by problems, and several obvious candidates for a partnership have withdrawn from the process, reports Berlingske Business.

Maersk is having difficulties selling its drilling unit Maersk Drilling, and several suitors have pulled out of the running, sources tell Danish media Berlingske Business.

Since splitting Maersk into a transport unit and an energy division back in September 2016, Maersk Drilling has been in the market for interested buyers.
