Ukraine shivering in icy Russian gas dispute

Russia will not be resuming gas deliveries to Ukraine. The EU fears that this will be detrimental to the European supply.

Russiske Gazprom lost a huge case against Naftogaz earlier this week.

Schools are closing, factories are discontinuing production and kindergartens are sending children home in Ukraine, where a new gas dispute with Russia is threatening to turn the freezing winter into crisis situation.

Russia is not willing to resume gas deliveries to Ukraine, which was supposed to have happened last Thursday.
