Technology pressure will secure burning platform for new Danfoss CEO

Things are going well for the Danish manufacturing group Danfoss, which increased sales by 13 percent in the first half of the year. However, the success does not mean the company is resting on its laurels, says the recently appointed CEO.

On paper, the new Danfoss CEO Kim Fausing is off to a flying start. Just two months after he took over the top job at the manufacturing group, he can sign off on a half-yearly report which shows a DKK 21.8 billion (EUR 2.9 billion) revenue and DKK 1.4 billion bottom line.

This is a huge boost relative to the same period last year – revenue alone is up by 13 percent.
