IMF predicts diesel vehicles will become obsolete

With reference to historical patterns, the International Monetary Fund sees positive indicators for the rise of electric cars.

Within a decade, diesel and petrol cars could be reduced to a historic artifact, says the International Monetary Fund (IMF), referring to historical patterns.

Data concerning the introduction of the car and its impact on the use of horses and donkeys for transport shows that the transition to electric cars is actually progressing faster than the shift from horse to car.
