Novozymes is set to expand its production plant of enzymes for the making of bioethanol in the US for USD 36 million (EUR 32.4 million), reports Bloomberg News based on an e-mail from the company.
The factory, which is located approximately 32 kilometers north of Omaha, is five years old. And the money will be spent on an expansion of capacity for the production of enzymes, used to make ethanol from corn.
