Scatec Solar can look forward to considerable investments in new solar panels in its core markets – developing countries in Asia and Africa.
Thursday evening after trading closed, the Norwegian company carried out a share issue consisting of 9.380.000 new shares at a price of NOK 40.50 per share. The issue was launched as an accelerated bookbuilding process – meaning the shares were offered to a closed circle of investors which slowed all tendered shares.
