The Danish producer of enzymes and microorganisms Novozymes has won a patent case in China which thus marks the end of a court battle which has been ongoing for the past five-six years, writes Novozymes in a press release.
The case began in 2011 when Novozymes found evidence that the two companies, Shandong Longda Bio-Products and Jiangsu Boli Bioproducts, were selling an enzyme for which Novozymes had Chinese patent protection.
