Now charging stations are on the way to Shell gas stations

The oil company is now making headway with its plans to roll out an unspecified number of battery charging points across two countries.

Dutch oil giant Shell is currently in the process of rolling out a network of battery charging stations for electric cars at its service stations in the Netherlands and the UK, reports Financial Times.

Head of downstream at Shell, John Abbott, says to the newspaper that while the full transition to electric cars will take decades, electric car drivers had the potential to already become a business.
