Schneider Electric's Danish division appoints new CEO

Electronics group Schneider is replacing its CEO for the company's Danish division. The new head of the Scandinavian country wants to build more partnerships across industry borders.

Schneider Electric Denmark, the company's Danish division, has appointed a new Chief Executive. At the turn of the year, Thomas Träger, CEO for the past four years, will be replaced by Helene Egebøl. She has been hired internally in the company after serving until now as head of business development in the Nordics, writes Schneider in a press release.

Apart from keeping track of Schneider's large-scale Danish asset Lauritz Knudsen, the new Chief Exec will focus on digitalization and intelligent solutions for buildings, data centers, and industry productions, writes the company. In broad terms, this means a continuation of the current strategy.
