Pension provider AMF invests in electric vehicles

The pension company becomes third largest shareholder in Swedish electric vehicle manufacturer Cake.

Swedish pension company AMF is investing SEK 200m (EUR 19.7m) in domestic electric vehicle manufacturer Cake. With this investment, AMF becomes the third largest shareholder in the manufacturer, according to a company statement.

The investment also contributes to boost the unlisted portion of AMF's portfolio, a segment where the pension company wants to continue to grow, Head of Investments Tomas Flodén says in the statement.
