Tesla raising up to USD 5bn in third share sale this year
After seeing its equity appreciate roughly 670 percent so far in 2020, the electric car manufacturer returns to capital markets for the third time this year, raising USD 5 billion through an "at-the-market" stock sale planned to support CapEx spending on new production facilities and hardware.
