Everfuel acquires H2 Fuel from Nel

Nel and Everfuel have signed a Memorandum of Understanding entailing transfer of a majority stake in H2 Fuel.

In early November, Everfuel announced its acquisition of company H2CO along with two hydrogen filling stations in Norway and the accompanying infrastructure from Uno-X. Photo: Nel

H2 Fuel Norway makes a change and will go by the name Everfuel Norway Retail going forward. H2 Fuel is fully owned by Nel, but 51 percent of its shares is now set to be acquired by Everfuel.

"Becoming part of Everfuel’s activities in Norway is a natural next step for H2Fuel, and I look forward to continue leading the company’s efforts in developing the hydrogen retail market in Norway," says H2 Fuel Managing Director Helge Skaarberg Holen.
