Tesla launches new scalable battery for industry

The new Tesla battery comes fully assembled from the factory with modular scalability.

Tesla has announced a new plug-and-play 3 MWh Megapack battery.

The energy storage unit comes fully assembled from the factory and, according to the US electric carmaker, features modular scalability. This makes the product both easy to customize and allows for an "easy installation and connection process," Tesla writes in a statement on its website.
