Singapore investor nears Haldor Topsøe stake purchase

Singaporean investor Temasek Holdings is close to taking over 30 percent of the Danish company which is valued at DKK 10 billion.

Haldor Topsøe is close to selling 30 percent of its business to Singaporean Temasek, according to anonymous sources with insight into the sales process speaking to both Danish business daily Børsen and Reuters.

Both media report that the Danish engineering company is valued at approximately DKK 10 billlon.
