Four major international investors placed bids to buy into Danish catalysis producer Haldor Topsøe, reports Danish business daily Børsen based on information from anonymous sources close to the sales process.
According to the media, the bidders are US investment bank Goldman Sachs, British private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, US private equity AEA Investors, and Singapore-based investment company Temasek Holdings.
