Times of unstable economy and major losses due to the devaluation of the Russian ruble now seem a thing of the past for Denmark's Rockwool. According to the company's CEO, Jens Birgersson, Rockwool has managed to turn around a negative development in the Russian market, writes Danish business daily Børsen.
"The picture of Russia in Danish media is very negative, but we have a very different impression," says Birgersson, who has been in charge of a turn around process in Rockwool, which has greatly impacted the development in Russia. "The Russian division is run with a British woman as technical director. The rest are Russians and they're doing fantastic," Birgersson tells Børsen.
