Tariffs deal a blow to Tesla in China

Tesla has been knocked down in China, where the electric carmaker's sales have plummeted in consequence of the Sino-American trade war.

Tesla's car sales in China declined by 70 percent in October relative to the same period the year prior, show results from Chinese authorities, as reported by Reuters.

Tesla only sold 211 cars in China in October, informs China Passenger Car Association. According to Reuters, Tesla has not confirmed these figures.
