Elon Musk to supply batteries to yet another Australian state

Successful electric car entrepreneur Elon Musk will supply yet another Australian state with large batteries for power storage.

Just a few months after Elon Musk and energy utility Neoen delivered a 100 MW Powerpack to South Australia, the controversial entrepreneur is now ready with yet another Australian battery.

This time, it concerns a 55 MW battery for the western half of the Australian state of Victoria. The battery will be partly financed by the state and also receive funding from the federal government, report several media.
