Danish hydrogen developer facing court in US

A US supplier to hydrogen manufacturer Nel Hydrogen is taking the company to court for misappropriation of trade secrets. The Danish company rejects the allegations.

The Danish office of Norwegian hydrogen developer Nel Hydrogen will be facing court in the US. One of the company's US suppliers, PDC Machines, has accused the company of misappropriation of trade secrets in the development of a new compressor.

In a press release, Nel Hydrogen, the world's largest manufacturer of fuel stations for hydrogen-fuel cars, rejects all allegations.

"After a thorough investigation of PDC's claims, with the assistance of external experts, we see the allegations from PDC as unfounded and strongly reject the allegations," says Jørn Rosenlund, Senior Vice President, Nel Hydrogen Fueling, in the press release.
